Bread and butter #411 (A good team worker.)

As a team worker,

you gotta learn to be humble,

you gotta learn to listen to your team mates,

you gotta learn to take into account your team mates' viewpoints,

you gotta learn not to just go ahead and do what (only) you deem fit 'cos the world does not revolve around just you you YOU,

you gotta learn to appreciate your team mates' effort in helping and contributing (whether or not they have more or less experience than you),

you gotta learn to be a good team mate.

If you're not, at least you should try to be one...
