I get to work with varied individuals across the organisation as well as inside and outside the field, I learn how to choose my battles, I learn how to maximise people's potential, and so much more.
I am fortunate to work with a team of unique individuals with similar passion and beliefs regarding VMDP. Thank you for putting in your best efforts in this IPG, Eewei, Shuhui, Samuel, Gwen and Adrian. I learned a lot from all of you and enjoyed this journey with all of you.
I am blessed too, to have met and brought together a wonderful group of guys, our dear V-eaders, who have been an amazing support to VMDP and I am so excited to see how their involvement will slowly roll out in the next few years...
Whether or not I am continuing with my role next year, this is definitely a journey I won't forget and VMDP will forever be something that I believe in and will advocate for.
